Training

With 1 trainer to every 3 students, our group training sessions are some of the best in the country. Amongst our trainers is the current Australian Thai Boxing Champion, a Ratchadamnoen World Champion and many other Belt-Winners.

If you decide to come and train with us, you will be being trained by some of the best muay thai fighters and trainers in the world (not just Thailand). They have spent their lives developing their cutting edge muay thai skills and have now trained many others in their place.

Regardeless of whether your a Muay Thai veteran or have never done a training session in your life – you are welcome at our gym. We take people with all different experience levels (beginners, intermediates, professionals) and tailor the muay thai workout to suit your needs.

VIP Training

Lion Muay Thai Gym offers you the opportunity to do VIP training sessions. These are incredibly valuable as they are focused 100% on you and give you a chance to improve on your weaknesses and increase your strengths.

Some students who have never done muay thai before, opt to start out with VIP sessions so that they understand the basics before starting the group sessions. They’re also beneficial for people who have less time or cannot make it to the standard group sessions. And of course, they are valuable to anyone who wants 1-on-1 time to focus on improving they’re technique, power, speed and accuracy.
