How do I relax after a tough week in a Muay Thai School?

After you’ve be training Muay Thai all week and you want to relax those muscles for the Thai boxing week ahead. What better way to spend your weekend than hoping on a boat to see some of the unique sights that only Phuket can offer!

So forget MMA, Jiu jitsu, Krav Maga or any other Martial arts that you may be doing in Thailand and go and relax and see some of these sights!

That way by Monday you will be fully recharged for your Thai kick boxing week.
